It probably comes as no surprise but I am a big fan of The Esoterrorists Roleplaying Game. Over the last decade or so I’ve drafted and run plenty of my own scenarios for the Esoterrorists, many of which I believe you might also enjoy. Thankfully Pelgrane Press has created their Community Content programme, and this has allowed me to write and further develop my own stories.

Operation: Harvest Moon
Something is afoot upon Blackbear Mountain, and a team of unsuspecting Search & Rescue workers are about to find out just how fragile the Membrane really is!
Operation: Harvest Moon is a short scenario designed as a way of introducing new characters to the Ordo Veritatis conspiracy, while exploring the very nature of what drives some mortals to dabble in the Outer Dark. Perfect as a convention or pick-up game, Harvest Moon should be completable in 3 or 4 hours of play

Operation: Wild Breeders is set within the fictional town of Clearwater, Pennsylvania, during the mid-summer months of 2014, it covers an investigation by Ordo Veritatis operatives into the apparent suicide of a local youth. While this tragic death seems mundane enough, and not one to normally trigger the Order’s interests, the sudden appearance of a parasitic (or vestigial) twin on the dead boy sparks a mystery that has ancient and evil connotations.

Even though WILD BREEDERS is a scenario written for a horror roleplaying game, the author believes that it is important to note that some of the material mentioned in this adventure is of an adult subject (including drug use and sexual violence). While no intimate details of these events are described, the author recommends that the scope and level of comfort with such subjects are discussed with your group prior to play.
Current Status
Currently have the scenario structure is in place with a good skeleton of text in place. Need to review the ending and flesh out the open sandbox style of the story. 8000 Words written.

Forty-eight hours ago, Ordo Veritatis handlers lost contact with two operatives tasked with following up potential sightings of a known and highly dangerous Esoterrorist. Now one of these agent’s bodies has been found in Cape Arago State Park and the player’s Operatives have been summoned to take charge. This scenario explores what happens when the Membrane – the thin veil between reality and the Outer Dark – is ruptured and just what lengths an Esoterrorist will go to all in the name of their faith!

Initial draft structure completed, only about 1500 words written.

- Recruitment Handbook (2nd Edition) – An updated version of the original 2009 document on bringing The Esoterrorists’ character creation into line with other GUMSHOE games.
- Revised Geist in the Shell – Since releasing the original version of Geist in the Shell I’ve revised a number of the scenes and even portions of the overall plot.
