Conspiracy X is a roleplaying game calling out for interesting and creative adventures. In their operations, Aegis agents are called on to investigate madness, challenge unbelievably stronger foes and then cover up the truth from the very people they aim to protect.
Here is a current sampling of free scenarios that you could use in your Con X games (be it first or second edition).

Burnout & Further Down the Rabbit Hole (February 2024)
The scenarios in this collection Burn Out & Further Down the Rabbit Hole were written by Wayne O’Connor for ConFESS 2009 (an Irish RPG convention that seems to have faded away).
These two scenarios have been condensed into a single document and published here with the author’s permission. This new page layout and formatting was completed by Marcus D. Bone, but all other content remains as written.

No Good Deed (July 2021)
No Good Deed is an investigative scenario that will throw an unsuspecting AEGIS Cell into a dangerous race against time. From a straightforward police shooting through to experiments with Saurian DNA, as the old saying goes ‘no good deed ever goes unpunished’.
Designed to introduce new players to the world of Conspiracy X. It should take no more than a few hours to complete, although this may be extended through the player’s actions or if the Chronicler wishes to explore further some of the mysteries presented in the scenario.
A long time in the making, I need to thank the following for being my guinea-pigs… I mean playtesters… of this scenario as it went through its various iterations Darryn Mercer, Mark Chiddicks, Julia Blackmore, Marcus Gustafson, Garth Allen, Dan Woodhouse, Angela Whiteman, Hamish Gaundan, and Roger Awhimate.

Blue on Blue (September 2017)
Blue on Blue is a short scenario designed to bring together a brand new AEGIS Cell. Easily set in any urban location, and with any number of agents, it should probably only take one or two sessions of play to complete this mission.
In this Blue on Blue, the characters are ordered to determine why another friendly AEGIS Cell has suddenly gone silent and will discover betrayal and disasters as they learn that there are more threats in this world than simply aliens and the supernatural. This scenario is written in an ‘outline’-only and provides the Chronicler with just the core events, actions and encounters needed to run this game. Chroniclers are encouraged to expand and further detail this scenario as they see fit.
Last updated: December 2024 to V1.2 (Fixed some logic errors in the plot and tidied up the text)

Collection Schedule (April 2018)
Collection Schedule is a short, introductory scenario designed to be run as a Conspiracy X demonstration adventure or as a one-night filler.
With a storyline designed to encourage player interaction and lateral thinking, this scenario should be able to be run – even by the most inexperienced gamers – in less than 2 hours. To assist new players and Chroniclers alike, this document also includes three pre-generated characters, ensuring the adventure can get to the table as quickly as possible.
