Noss of Yhtill

This simple leatherworker from the city of Yhtill met up with Captain Withers in Carcosa and acted as his guide for a while. After leading Withers to Alexander Roby and reuniting him with his friends, Noss left the investigators at the lake shore, as he did not feel that it was his place to enter the palace.
