Death
Andrew was killed horribly. He refused to become the servant of The King in Yellow after touching his cloak. The king, furious at this refusal, began to spin at high speed, the tatters of his cloak cutting like knives. Saunders was torn to pieces before the eyes of his horrified friends.
Secrets
Andrew is bisexual. He does love Jennifer, but can't stop his tendencies towards males.
He makes occasional secret visits to a male friend, Richard Grant - the visits being of an intimate nature. He is deeply ashamed and feels guilty about this side of his nature. However, he still can't resist indulging this part of himself, despite his guilt and shame.
