Tezchaptl is the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_civilization|Mayan]] god with which the Guatemalan translations made by Maplethorpe Turner in [[The Turner Codex]] are mostly concerned. Tezchaptl may be yet another derivative of, or name for, [[The King in Yellow]].
