{{ :stephen-thomas.jpg?direct&300|}}An accountant on his way to take up a new post in [[Bombay]], Stephen is a pale, pudgy young man with thick glasses who constantly has his head in a book.

He is quiet and speaks little unless spoken to. He borrowed [[Francesca Nicholson|Francesca Nicholson's]] copy of Chambers' '[[The King in Yellow]]' and stated he enjoying it.

To everyone's great surprise he has turned out to have a rich baritone singing voice and consequently he has a major role in Table 8's [[Viceroy of India|Gilbert and Sullivan]] recital.
