====== Frederick Long ======

Frederick was an orderly at [[St Agnes Asylum]] and who present during [[Doctor Frederick Bartlett|Dr Bartlett's]] first interview with [[Alexander Roby]].

He was later murdered under mysterious circumstances in the laundry room of the asylum (on November 5th, 1928). His death being an apparent copy of the murder of [[Cuthbert Yates|Nurse Cuthbert Yates]], nearly a year earlier.

[[Michael Coombes|The Tall Man]], while intimidating [[Nathaniel Browne]], heavily implied that he had killed Long, but to do so he would have had to travel from Herefordshire to London in no more than an hour, a deed which would appear to be impossible.
