====== Cec Watts ====== Reporter with the 'London World', it was Watts who wrote the story revealing the details of [[The Canal Murders]], claiming the killer to be a monster. After [[Nathaniel Browne]] gave him a lead to [[Vincent Tuck]] and [[Lawrence Bacon]], in the hope of learning more from Watts, the reporter disappeared - only to be fished out of [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regent%27s_Canal|Regent's Canal]] two days later, the third and final victim of the killer. When he was found he had Bacon's address in his pocket, suggesting he had spoken to Tuck after seeing Browne.
